The Innovation Sandbox Program ran for 3 years, from April 2019 to March 2022, and its success demonstrated the undeniable contribution the Circle Innovation Model can make for British Columbia and for Canada.

Qualifying
Initial discussion with industry to assess eligibility and learn about product development challenges.

Develop and design industry-led R&D projects to shorten product time to market.

Assemble stakeholder team to assist with R&D. This includes stakeholders and domain experts in academia, government, healthcare, and community groups.

Project management provides safe, high-quality training and reskilling opportunities with trainees, while ensuring that project deliverables are met.
