Circle Innovation has launched its latest SME Program with $8 million in support from the envisAGE Network – Living Innovations for the Elderly (LiFE).

Acting as one of five Innovation Hubs within the envisAGE Network, Circle Innovation focuses on supporting technology companies across Canada that are delivering AgeTech solutions that enable seniors to live independently, at home, and in recovery.

To support Canadian SMEs with commercialization challenges, Circle Innovation’s LiFE Program provides fast product development assistance to SMEs ready to launch innovative products, de-risking R&D, product-market fit and financial risks while accelerating their speed to market and growth. Our projects also benefit from project funding to help companies develop products faster, scale up business, and better understand customer needs.

In the coming months, Circle Innovation will engage with academia, industry, government, and Indigenous partners to discuss opportunities and challenges the healthcare industry might be facing right now. Together with other Innovation Hubs such as CTAAN, Ivado, SAM3, and APPTA, Circle will help SMEs streamline innovation and fast-track the development and adoption of AgeTech solutions.
